As a Clinical Research Assistant, I attend, follow-up and enroll patients for various research projects at CIDEIM. I also assist in conducting research protocols, aiming to understand pathogen-host relationships, determinants of clinical response, as well as new diagnostics, therapeutic and surveillance alternatives for patients with infectious diseases.

Currently, my research focuses on the construction of predictive models of therapeutic response in leishmaniasis to improve follow-up strategies, pharmacovigilance and process standardization for future research projects.
